Which Word features are supported?
Supported DOCX examples keep their headers, footers, fonts, styles and embedded images. Review the first generated file in Word before relying on a new template. Separate image uploads, saved drafts and template history are not part of the current release.
Who can see my templates and documents?
Templates and generated documents stay inside your office: only authorized members who connected their own Agente account can use them. Your answers are collected in your agent conversation, so your agent’s privacy settings apply there.
I can’t connect — what now?
Use the exact server address from the Connect section, complete the browser sign-in and office authorization, then reconnect the server in your agent. The current sign-in flow supports accounts without MFA; keep your existing security settings. If it still fails, contact support.
Is it on the ChatGPT marketplace?
Not yet. The ChatGPT marketplace listing is in review and installation links are added only after publication. Codex and Grok Bot already connect through the hosted MCP address in the Connect section.
