Everything you need to go from your first connection to a Word file.
Create an Agente account, verify your email and create or join your office. Choose your agent in the Connect section for its setup instructions. Codex and Grok Bot use remote MCP; Claude uses a custom connector, and Hermes requires remote HTTP MCP with OAuth. Use the address below, sign in when prompted, and authorize your office.
Attach a supported DOCX example in your agent conversation, or describe the document you need. Ask your agent to create a Smart Documents template. Review the text fields that change and the questions to ask, then save it to your office library.
Ask your agent to show your template library and choose a template. Give the details you know; answer any missing questions. Review your answers and ask it to generate the DOCX. Open the private download link and save a local copy.

Review the first generated file in Word before using a new template. Separate image uploads, saved drafts and template history are not included in the current release.
Templates and generated documents are shared with authorized members of your office. Each person connects their own Agente account and authorizes the office. Answers are collected in your agent conversation; use your agent’s privacy settings for that conversation.
Generated files are available for 24 hours. Download links are private and short-lived. If a link expires during those 24 hours, ask your agent to refresh the download link rather than generating the document again. Save a local copy to keep it.
Each successful DOCX generation counts once for the office. Failed attempts and retries of the same generation do not use another document; ask your agent to retry the existing operation. After five successful generations, subscribe for USD 9/month per office for unlimited documents.
Manage your subscription from your Smart Documents account. The USD 9 monthly plan covers all authorized office members. Cancel future renewal at any time; paid access continues until the end of the current paid month. Your agent does not take card details or make payments.
Use the exact server address below and an Agente account with active office membership. Complete browser sign-in and office authorization, then reconnect the server in your agent. The current sign-in flow supports accounts without MFA; keep existing security settings and contact support if you need help.
ChatGPT / Codex, Grok Bot, Claude, Hermes are shown in the connection options with their current availability. Codex and Grok Bot can use the hosted MCP address. The Grok Bot and OpenAI marketplace submissions are in review. Installation links will be added after publication. Claude, Hermes and Other Agents require compatible remote MCP and OAuth support; Smart Documents acceptance in Claude and Hermes is not yet verified.
